CoNet supports Cytoscape versions 2.X and 3.X. Please select the CoNet release appropriate for your Cytoscape version.

CoNet is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2. Note that CoNet's dependencies are not covered by this license. Details on the dependencies and their licences can be found in the README file and licenses folder distributed together with CoNet.

Previous beta releases (for Cytoscape 3.X) are available through the
Cytoscape app store.
If you want to reproduce results obtained with CoNet alpha, download the jar
provided here. Note that it runs on command line only.
